IslandBarter is operated by Terry Arthur Consulting, a web development and technology consulting firm based in St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands.

We built IslandBarter because we believe the Virgin Islands has everything it needs — talented people, skilled tradespeople, great food, incredible services. What we needed was a way to connect them without always reaching for cash.
